The mission of Wall Street Bound is to create diversity amongst the front offices of Wall Street with more urban youth. Wall Street Bound teaches the technical “hard” skills of finance and the “soft” skills of corporate culture to empower under-represented young adults to achieve beyond their present horizons. WSB believes that the urban finance talent of tomorrow, applying those skills in their lives and communities, can become agents of positive change and sustainable economic development.
